Update on School Year 2010-2011 Calendar: This year, the Jewish Holiday Rosh Hashanah falls on the Thursday after Labor Day, which is traditionally the first day of school for Boston Public Schools students. This year, students will report to school on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 (one day earlier than usual).
