Please note that all salaries in charts below do not represent exact amounts and are provided for reference only. Each chart has an effective date, which could occur in the future (ie September 1st).
Teachers and other BTU Members
- ST1 Teachers
- SA1 Paraprofessionals: Regular and Cluster
- SA2 Paraprofessionals: Library, Security and One to One
- SA3 Paraprofessionals: Community Field Coordinators and Health
- ST3 Enrollment Services
Substitute Teachers
Per Diem Substitute Teachers: $124.47 per day up to 10 days
Long Term Substitute Teachers:
- $138.47 (After 10 Days)
- $250.54 (After 25 Days)
Cluster Substitute Teachers: $151.53 per day
All substitute teachers who hold an active, Massachusetts teaching license shall receive a differential equal to three percent (3%) of the per diem rate. Please contact OHR with your certification details to receive the differential.
